‘Butterfly, Butterfly’ on UK radio

‘Butterfly, Butterfly (The Last Hurrah)’ is currently on the BBC Radio 2 playlist. Be sure to listen to Radio 2 and request the song! Radio 2 also lists recently played a-ha songs, and archives their broadcasts so you can listen online for seven days if you miss the original programme broadcast.
Ken Bruce from Radio 2 has said that a-ha will be guests on his show later this month, so keep listening for more information!

I had to write in and say that I have been a big fan of A-ha’s since they started and am genuinely very sad that they will soon be no more. The new single “Butterfly” has a very strong effect on me when I hear it because it is the last single and even though Im a grown man of 38 I find myself in tears everytime it comes on the radio. I dont normally do this. I think it signifies a sad end to a great,great band that wont be replaced. Personally I dont see why they couldnt carry on making albums without touring etc.. its the beautiful music the three of them made that is so important. Everything ends…you can be sure of it.

I have been trying to listen to “Butterfly, Butterfly” in Absolute Radio, but it did not seem that they were putting it and I could not have heard it… I’m very sorry, because I had done to me the illusion of listening… But well, what we are going to do…
Anyhow, already I have listened to it often… It is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, as I’ve already said in other occassion!!!!!!!!!!
In this site I have seen also a voting on the biggest songs of the 80′s and “Take on me” it was appearing in fourth place… It’s not bad, but I had put ALL YOUR SONGS in the first positions; in addition, why always “Take on me”? As if you not had multitude of excellent songs, even more that “Take on me”, for my taste… I don’t understand the fixation of any… A-HA is MUCH MORE than “Take on me”!!!!!! But it seems that certain persons do not understand it… YOU ARE THE BIGGEST BAND EVER!!!!!!!!!
