Follow a-ha on their first tour for seven years.

2000 fans filled the Koseinenkinkaikan Concert hall in Osaka and gave a warm velcome to a-ha. This was the first concert in Japan after 12 years, and the fans had definitely not forgotten the band nor the tracks from any album.

A bit nervous as this was the first concert for a very long time, the band gave a show worth every Yen of the ticket cost. Standing during the whole concert the audience gave their appriciation to the return of a-ha. There is no doubt that the Japanese audience loves the band, and speaking with some of them after the show, there was just one demand: COME BACK, GIVE US MORE!

The opening concert for the a-ha tour in Japan was a great success. The band showed us without any hesitation that their music from their beginning almost 20 years ago and up to the latest album has great attraction to a broad audience. There was also quite a few “old” fans here and some was actually coming both from Europe, the US and other parts of Asia to join the event.

The band, the sound engineers and the crew made a remarkable performance as the acoustics in the concert hall was very difficult.

The audience showed great interest in the tour programme and the t-shirt collection made for the tour. The next concert will be tomorrow in Fukuoka.

a-ha concert sold out in Fukuoka

A-ha filled the venue Zepp Hukuoka in Fukuoka today, and gave a great show to the audience. On the second day of the tour the band gave a brilliant performance.

Called to the stage by the clapping audience a-ha gave a very good show with todays performance. The mixture between historical tracks and new tracks from the last album worked fine, and a bit more confident band gave the audience the music performance they had been waiting for, some actually for 12 years.
