Oslo fan party updates
We are very excited about the upcoming fan party in Oslo. We are also pleased to announce that we have three tickets to the final a-ha concert on December 4 to give away as prizes at the fan party!
Many thanks to Marie Bradshaw and Wesley Myers, who donated these tickets to use as fan party prizes. For sure these tickets will make a dream come true for three lucky fans! We will have a special raffle at the party to determine who will win the tickets.

~ If you would like to get in touch with other fans before traveling to Oslo, there is an unofficial Facebook page called a-ha fans going to Oslo. This group has discussion threads for people coming from different countries, plus a lot of local information for visitors.
~ We understand that Hotel Anker in Oslo will be having a ‘pre-party’ in their bar with a-ha music from 1700 to 1930 on November 30th, December 2nd, 3rd and 4th. The address is Storgata 55. See the Hotel Anker Facebook Page for more information.
~ Fans from around the world will be converging on Oslo during a-ha’s final weekend. If you are attending the fan party on December 3, why not wear a flag pin or some other item to show your nationality? This way fans from your country can find you at the party!

went to manchester concert on saturday, the set was just brilliant , it was so touching watching the screens ,as they showed aha ,s history and albums ,and they played living a boys adventure tale in a like classical melody(where can i get that?)anyway i must honestly say i could have burst out crying,as aha,s music has been with me since 1985,and has meant so much and its like the end of an era …and i must admit i feel awful like ive lost a life long friend ,im going to the sheffield concert on tuesday for the final time and taking my hd video camera to record this special moment in my life ,enomous thanks paul magna and morten for making such brilliant music..and giving me memories that i shall cherish for the rest of my life ….pete fairburn manchester uk ..

I couldn’t buy my ticket for there was no net when tickets have been put on sale . I tried on face book for one . This is my last chance to get a ticket . Hi!!! Just wanted to say a massive THANKS (or should I say Takk?!) to everyone organizing this party. I´m soooo excited. I know several of the organizers and I can guarantee they´re crazy… I mean nice!
I´m glad that we´re finally going to have a chance to meet without the nerves of a pre-concert gathering or the pressure of meeting outside a gig, waiting for the guys to appear. So, kudos! Lots of love to you all!

I couldn’t afford to go to OSlo for the final concert or fan party but I did go to Nottingham last night with my daughter. What a fantastic show, Morten was on form as usual with his gorgeous voice. Thank you for a wonderful evening Mags, Pal and Morten and good luck for the rest of the tour.

Morten was so right when he said at Manchester on Saturday that a-ha had been part of our lives for 25 years, just as we had been part of theirs. A wonderful final gig which brought back all those memories from the age of 12 for me. Thought I would cry at my favourite track, Manhatten Skyline, but it was actually the beautiful acoustic version of crying in the rain that set me off. Full on snotty gulping sobs! So embarressing!
Thankyou guys, a-ha will be missed, but I can tell just from this website how much support you will have in your future projects.

I too missed out on Fan Party tickets and was really hoping for some extra tickets to be released. Hi, just a short note to ask Catherine where to get the after fan Party DVD ? I was staying at the folketeateret, and so I did not leave like other fans, but took my way through the hall to the elevators…If you remember me, I was the girl with the flashing black T-shirt A-ha “ending on a high note” in the queue. I told you it was made by a friend of mine. Please, send me an E.mail as I’m really sad not to have it
