Recife and Fortaleza
a-ha’s final concerts in Brazil were performed under difficult circumstances, as Morten has had a throat infection for several days. The set list in both Recife and Fortaleza was slightly shorter than previously:

On Sunday a-ha traveled to Santiago for the rescheduled concert at Movistar Arena which takes place tomorrow. This will be a-ha’s last concert in South America.

I was at Recife’s concert. It was amazing to realize the Morten’s care with the fans, even sick. Thanks for the unforgettable night! I hope to see you again!
I’m 34 years old. I was in Recife, and I’ll never forget that day, the day that Morten and over 10.000 people sang in a single voice. My ticket was number 3, I stayed in front of Morten’s microfone, I could see the happiness in his eyes, he had that problem with his throat and asked our help to sing, we didn’t disappoint him, and neither did him.His a great professional, and really cares about his fans.
We were looking foward to that show, over 19 years. Thanks a lot guys for coming to Recife once again, and for (during these wonderful 25 years of great music) making the soundtrack of our lives.
I hope we meet again some day.

I was in the first show in Recife, in 1991. During that time I couldn’t understand what you were saying or singing as my English was not good and we did not have the internet to see the lyrics and sing with you. I was there with my mum. This time I was with my friends and the whole show was really great!!! And now I could sing along!!! I have to say that you are even better live now. Thanks to Morten for caring for the fans, but take care of yourself! And thanks to Mag for interacting with us. As for Pal, what a great composer you are!!!! It’s so sad that you won’t play together anymore!!! I hope you play again! Thank you! Love you!!!
March 10th was a very special day for me. It was the first time I saw you guys playing. I had been waiting for this concert for 23 years and waiting for it was really worthwhile because it was THE BEST day of my life!!! Seeing you on the stage and be very close to you Morten was heaven to me!

Hope Morten is better now, but I really think a-ha shall come back to Brazil with Morten healhy, cos this is the farewell tour, I know i won´t be blessed anymore with their concert…. Please, please, please, please, please… change your plans and come back to Brazil to save me and a lot of fans to be pleased with a-ha´s best performance… I need that to have peace of mind to have enjoyed all a-ha´s potential alive… Please guys come back untill you stop for real, I would be so unhappy to please myself and another fans with your concert for real. My hubby doesn´t know everything about u, but I do. He said, he had fun and the show was good. But I know you since I was 8yo, and I need to have the same emotion I´ve had in 1992 when u where in Brasilia (and my father had been sponsorship for that show) I was a little girl, teenager, now I´m a woman, married with children and I can´t forget those momments…. please don´t abandon me… Love u guys, take care and I wish all the best for you all from now… Hugs and kisses from a huge fan of yours…. I’ve been waitting for a-ha to come back here for 19 years as I were too young and I couldn’t go to their first concert here in 1991 – too young but already a big fan =)
Thank you very much guys, you provided me the best time of my life!!!
