Last month, a-ha and director Steve Barron filmed the video for a-ha’s final single, ‘Butterfly, Butterfly (The Last Hurrah)’ in England. Today the band’s final video premieres exclusively on MySpace.

Fantastic video…I will cherish this forever as it was filmed four miles from where I live!
I pass this place practically everyday, not that I would forget a-ha…but now it is near on impossible for me to do so, every time I drive pass I smile inside!

What I can say is that I cried with this video… it made me feel really sad…
I understand the choice made – it’s time to do other things, make other dreams come true… but Magnes’ face broke my heart… no need to say anything else because the video ‘speaks’ for itself…

I watched the video and found it very emotinal.It is a fitting video to a beautiful song and it made me have tears in my eyes. Thankyou so much A-ha for the last 25 years of the most wonderful music. Your music has given me many years of happiness and great memories along with songs that have touched my heart, made me smile and made me cry. You music will live on and A-ha will never be forgotten.The concerts have been fantastic too.It’s been great to be part of your journey for so long and I will miss you.
I wish all of you all the luck in the world for the future in whatever path you now take.

I want to record here my admiration for the ONLY band that pays homage to the fans with a glorious farewell. It may be the last hurray of a chrysalis, but not a butterfly. You can fly away, because where you are going to, certainly will make much difference, as ever you do. Thank you for the 25 years of inspiration.
