Over the past month, we have received some great fan party logo designs from fans around the world. There were more than 50 designs, and we’re very impressed with all the creative ideas. Thank you to everyone who participated in the contest!

We have now chosen 10 finalists, and we’d like you to help us decide which logo to use on t-shirts and other party items. See the designs and vote below!

Update 8 September: Thank you all for the helpful feedback regarding Logo #9 below, it is indeed not precisely what was asked for in the contest and more of an illustration than a logo. Our apologies about this. To keep things fair and ensure that the qualifying nine designs have an equal chance to be chosen, we have removed #9 as an option and we ask that you all please vote again. Thank you once again for your help choosing the best fan party logo!

Concert to benefit Mercyships

On October 4, a-ha will perform the Hunting High and Low album in concert at the Oslo Konserthus. This will be a charity concert for the organisation Mercyships, and only a limited amount of tickets will be available.

The Swing of Things 1985-2010

Norwegian author Jan Omdahl has updated his 2004 a-ha biography, The Swing of Things, and the new edition will be released in Norway on August 21. The book will be available in bookstores across Norway and at Ullevaal stadium in Oslo, where a-ha opens their stadium tour next weekend. There will be news about the English edition here on a-ha.com very soon.
