absolute perfection the best concert i have ever been to in my life.
Thanks a-ha for the music and memories.
You’re so close to the people! Morten! This is really fantastic!
One of the best nights of my life, the gig was AMAZING it took me back to my first gig in 86′. We went round to the stage door after it finished to see if we could just get a glimpse of them .Can i just say Mags, you are an absolute star thank you for my kiss and cuddle , i’m still floating up here on cloud 9.XXX
Magnificent show from the lads which thrilled the Glasgow fans, what a send off from A-ha!Everything about this gig was absolutely perfect, setlist, length of gig(2 hours),backdrop(images to complement the songs & live filming of band),atmosphere, professionalism etc etc etc!Vocally Morten sent shivers down my spine, what a range!Musically Magne,Pal & the rest of the band were untouchable, blew me away!
The appreciation from the guys was quite overwhelming to be honest & the fans were left feeling really emotional given it was the last gig A-ha would be playing in Scotland. However the music lives on, so thanks guys once again for everything, fantastic memories.
i,ve seen a-ha 4 times in the last 8 years, each concert has been special but this one i,ll never ever forget.best night of my life everything about the concert was brilliant great work as usual guys.the main highlight was having my photo taken with paul and magne before the concert at the back stage door.thank you a-ha for the last 25 years wish u,d go on but as they say all good things must come to an end…best of luck in the future.thanks for the music and the memories.
It was the first time i’ve managed to see them live in concert and it was the best concert that I have ever been to – it was sooooooooooo AMAZING!! Thank you A-ha for puting on a fantastic show, it was absolutely incredible and Morten sounded & looked better than ever!!! My favourite song of the night was Stay on these Roads – very emotional, the vocals were especially brilliant. Thank u all again!! A night to remember forever!!

One of the vids i took that night and what a night it was. Been to many concerts in my time but there was something that bit special at this one, what a band will forever be listening to them amazing and thanks guys what a night and past 25 years
A truly amazing gig, and I am still gutted to think that’s the last time the guys will ever play Glasgow. I’ve seen them live a few times now over the years and this has got to be one of the best ever! I was thrilled when Mags and Morten interacted a lot with the audience. Just brilliant! Even though they are calling it a day, my memories of the concert will live on, as will their music. I was a fan from the very beginning, and I will be a fan forever. Thank you for the memories A-ha!
i was at this one and they were amazing, second time i had seen them, just a pity they are splitting up, have loved them for 25yrs, going to miss them so much, and it was a night to remember.
They will be sadly missed:(
I really enjoyed my first and sadly my last
A-ha concert. They put on a great show and the hits sounded as good live as on their albums.
I think A-ha are one of the best live acts of the last 25 years and can hold their own against any band around today.
Their music still sounds as good today as it did 25 years ago.
To Morten,Magne and Pal, thanks for being part of my life for last 25 years, providing great music that will live with me forever.
You are unique, great ambassadors for Norway and music in general, good luck for the future and god bless you all.
Thankyou, from a loyal Irish fan,Ronan Conlon.
My first and sadly, only concert too. It really did end on a high note for me. Absolutely fantastic night. Loved the band when I was 12 and 25 years later I still do. So glad we got tickets, I’ll remember it as one of the best nights ever. Just a shame I never got to meet Morten
I echo the comments on this page. Of the A-ha gigs I’ve seen, this one topped them all! What a great venue! The acoustics here allowed Morten to perform his vocal gymnastics seemingly effortlessly, and I was hit by a fantastic wall of sound! The boys were on top form and I could have stayed listening to them forever. Love always, Nic xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I have seen A-ha in Bergan, New York, London and twice @ Glasgow but this was by far my favourite gig of A-ha’s. I am really looking forward to the last ever concert on the 4th December. I only went to the Gigs as my boyfriend was a huge fan (he is the DJ for the Fans party) but they are really talented and I have enjoyed a Magne F & Savoy gig too. We took our 2 year old daughter to the Glasgow gig and she had a fabulous time, it was her first ever gig! xx
I was delighted to get to see a-ha one last time, it was a fabulous concert and I will never ever forget it. My only regret is that I never got to meet a-ha or shake Morten’s hand
but thankful that I have wonderful memories to last me a lifetime. Hope the guys got my wee gifts..not very much but comes with a grateful heart to say thank you for 25 years
xxxxxx
Love always
This was the most awesome concert I have been to. The set list was wonderful, Morten’s voice is still absolutely sublime and Mags and Pal were on top form too. From The Sun Always Shines On TV through to Take On Me, every minute will stay with me forever. To top it all off, I got to shake Morten’s hand too! You have been a massive part of my life for 25 years (my son was born to a-ha – I took Headlines & Deadlines in for my elective section) Many thanks to you Morten, Mags and Pal and all the best for whatever you do next. Much love xxxx
Totally unforgettable experience. I had to laugh as the same crown 20 years ago would have been storming the stage and screaming but we all sat politely clapping – apart from me and my sister.
Serious tears in our eyes – end of an era.
Thank you A-ha for everything. Will never forget you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Must post the photos I have from the 80s when I waited backstage at the Edinburgh Playhouse.
