From Magne: "hello people, and welcome to my brand new podcast…which is, or isn’t, a podcast. perhaps just a slightly dyslexic version of postcards...? or sleep-tapes - the audio-version of a sensory depravation tank. most probably it’s unfiltered episodes of a recorded interview where one really interesting person does not get to talk much, and one over-exposed media-figure gets all the airtime. i can’t promise a lot, but at least no animals where hurt during the recording of this series, so there’s that!"
According to Norwegian journalist Ørjan Nilsson - and Magne's podcast-partner-in-crime: "We have had sessions with conversations over the last two years for a upcoming book, and I think this podcast reflects the energy (high/low) from those conversations. The outcome of it is a weird mix of humour, melancholy, fun, facts, thoughts on football, art, Christmas songs, animals, Leonard Cohen, food, TV-series about food, an ex-girlfriend and dreams."
"I actually have had a dream (or nightmare?) lately; that we have transformed this project into a live podcast on a stage somewhere in the world, in front of a lot of seats, but they are empty and we are the only people in the room. Thank God I wake up," Ørjan says.
