Japan shows postponed
Unfortunately due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation the imminent Japanese tour is being cancelled and rescheduled at a later date.
Here is a statement from the promoter:
We regret to announce that A-HA Japan Tour which had been scheduled for March 10 to March 17 has been cancelled following discussions with the artist’s management due to the ongoing threat of the Coronavirus.
Currently, we are working on rescheduling the dates. Purchased tickets for the original dates will be valid for the rescheduled dates. For those customers who wish to receive a refund, we will announce details of the refund process once we announce the rescheduled dates.
We deeply apologize to all parties concerned especially those customers who bought tickets and have been looking forward to the artist’s shows.
Magne and Paul both posted about the postponed show dates on Instagram:
View this post on Instagramgoodbye kiwi-land...and thank you! yesterday was supposed to be a celebration, but ended up somewhat differently - what with technical problems delaying the biggest show so far for about 30 mins...(thank yous to our patient auckland audience!) and the cancellation of the tour of japan in addition to the already canned singapore show...well, postponements really, but sad all the same... i was really looking forward to seeing our fans and friends in asia, but the safety of our fans has to come first of course. take good care of yourselves everyone, and see you later down the road! ✌🏻
